Golden State’s team has a deep understanding of California energy policy and regional markets, allowing the company to design and deliver renewable energy projects that successfully avoid barriers that can delay or derail other project proposals in the state.
Working Together Since 2009
Individually, each of Golden State’s partners and senior management team is an expert in renewable energy development in California. Collectively the team has successfully permitted over 3,500 MW, negotiated over 3,500 MW of PPAs, secured 150,000+ acres of development sites, and led the development of one of California’s only privately-held transmission lines (in the past 10 years).
