Bob Dowds is a partner and the chief executive officer of Golden State Clean Energy and one of the founding partners of Westside Holdings LLC, which is the predecessor of Golden State. He has over 30 years of real estate and infrastructure development experience mainly focused in California’s San Joaquin Valley and the Central Coast. Bob has successfully lead development teams through every aspect of project development and construction.
